I moved here about a year and a half ago and I have to say other then the small kitchen, this place is great. It is an older complex so there are bound to be issues with plumbing and other things that deteriorate with time and that is where the awesome maintenance team here comes in. They fix everything right away and it's great. Our dishwasher was broken and they replaced it the next day with a brand new one, we had a leaky faucet and they came out the same day, thanked us for calling it in, fixed the problem and replaced a light bulb in the bathroom we didn't even know was out! I previously lived at Sugarlaof in Sunderland and that place is a DUMP compared to Cliffside, plus they only give you a very slow internet connection and free basic cable with no option to upgrade included with the rent. The exact opposite is true here, the pool is amazing, the landscaping around the grounds is beautiful and ALL utilities are included except cable, internet and phone. This is great for me because as a person going to school at UMASS from Montreal, I would rather have all my bills covered in the rent and pay for HIGH speed internet and have the option to watch my Canadiens on cable! I live in a large two bedroom with my girlfriend and we have more than enough space. For the difference in price it was totally worth it for us to get the extra bedroom to use as a quiet study space. That is another great thing about this place...most of the students here are very serious about their studies so you do not get the obnoxious parties that many other complexes in the area tend to have. If you want to live in Animal house I suggest you look else where because this is probably the most respectful group of tenants you could imagine in a college area. There is a bus station across the street that runs every fifteen minutes to UMASS and its FREE! This saves you ton of money on gas and parking costs, I take it everyday. 5 stars for Cliffside and I would not consider living anywhere else until I graduate and go back to MTL. I am not being paid to write this, I just love Cliffside because I have lived at other apartments in the area and have friends at many others and I know that this is the best place to live and the price cannot be beat.
