I've been living there in one of the larger one bedrooms for two years and I absolutely love the place. It is a little expensive compared to other places near UMass, but it's definitely worth every cent. It is quiet (great for graduate students), spacious, and the maintenance takes care of every problem immediately. People in the office are very polite and nice, too. In short, I don't have any complaints about the place, I keep recommending it to everyone I know.
