I can honestly say that Squire is the best living area around UMass. Prices are good especially when compared to the size of the apartments (Cliffside across the road has apartments smaller than the master closets in Squire it seems), the place is safe and clean, and you just can't complain about the staff here. They are always fast to take care of things and are willing to spend the extra effort to make it an enjoyable place to live. Pool, Volleyball, 7-11, free Umass bus, 7-Os; this place has it all.
