Best Place In Sunderland From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/20/2002 Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2002   I have lived there for 3 years and I think it is the best place around. The landlords are wonderful. They fix stuff promptly and keep the complex nice and tiddy. It is safe, for the landlord is up at all hours and walks the complex. There are no parties allowed and if there is a party, the landlords handle it promptly. I would definitely recommend for family and/or graduate students who need it nice and quiet. The only negative is the rent. They keep increasing it every year. Soon if it goes higher you might as well buy a house.
