Two months later and I still haven't received by security deposit. When there is a problem in the apartment takes forever for them to address it. Many of the apartments have many problems such as leaks, appliances that frequently break, etc.

Sometimes you get what you pay for, sometimes you get a lot less. The electric heat is very expensive and the toilets have a terrible flush.
