Best in the UMass Area! From: michael@phoenixgamestore.com Date posted: 8/2/2006 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2006   I've lived there on and off since 2000, and it is awesome. The office manager is very nice. The property manager is hands on. When there is a problem, he's right there to fix it. I don't think he sleeps because he's around 24 hours a day.
