Best place to live near UMass

Andy and LaDonna are the best landlords, they're quick to handle problems, and extremely friendly and easy going. The price is low, and the location is awesome, its right behind a 7-11, pizza place, and liquor store. It's a very short walk from a PVTA bus stop with service every 15 minutes.
