Ladonna and Andy are wonderful managers. They live right there and respond quickly to problems. The buildings are getting a little old, but so am I. They are clean and have good light. The pool is clean, the landscaping is quite pretty in the summer, and the snow gets cleared quickly in the winter. Bus stops out front regularly; there's a 7-11, pizza shop, game store, dinner, liquor store and Dunkin Donuts too. Lot's of people are here for years, it's so nice. Plenty of students, some young families and older folks. Generally quiet, though some students have parties once in a while.
