I have just recently moved in to one of the townhouses here and am delighted with what I have found here. Ladonna and Andy (office manager and property manger respectivly) have been incredibly helpful and nice to talk with. I love the fact that it is quiet and that is something I wasn't able to get at the last place I lived.

Some of the negative reviewers must have been college students who haven't grown up enough to understand that you have to live within set rules in an apartment community and that if you don't follow the rules then you must deal with the consquences.

So far I highly recommend living here and while things may be a little slow to happen, nothing has needed emergency quickness.

I like living in an apartment that feels like my home, not just some place I am renting.

They allow cats and other small animals, although dogs are not allowed (that's fine with us).

The buildings show a little age, but I have found that looks can be deceiving and what looks perfect on the outside can be horrible in other ways, so looks are not all that important.

We had a few things that needed to be fixed before I moved in and that was taken care of quickly and looks great.

nice to see that Squire is continuing to post reviews for itself: "I like living in an apartment that feels like my home, not just some place I am renting." seems like an ad slogan. Squire I think you can do a better job at making fake reviews; if anything older people would know that this kind of building neglect is not something acceptable more than college students

Funny, I'm 57 years old, have owned by own home and have lived in various apartments. The first day we moved in I mentioned to my husband that this feels like home, unlike the Amherst apartment we just moved out of. You are encouraged to landscape around your apartment which adds to the 'like home' feeling. When you bump into the staff away from the apartments, they are just as friendly as when they are working - neighbors, not just staff. While the buildings are showing their age, the owners are upgrading the outside of the buildings and the kitchens as they are able. Oh, and as far as 'fake reviews' - your's qualifies - it has all of the warning flags of a competitor. Try googling "how to spot a fake review" and you'll see yours as a sample. Sincerely, Sharon
