Plenty of parking, quiet, nice grounds, maintenance and staff are excellent. Outdoor pool and playground. Large interiors and beautiful area with hiking trails, scenic cliffs, mountains, CT River, and farms. It is 5 miles north of UMass and 1 mile south of Sunderland center. On bus route. Small shopping plaza adjoining with Dunkin Donuts, Frontier Pizza, liquor store, Dove's Nest breakfast & lunch restaurant, laundry, and 7-11. I lived there almost 4 years and only left because I bought a house.
