i lived in SV for a summer in a town house apt. and it was okay. it was quiet which was nice but the office staff definitely keeps an eye on everyone its like they're around every corner waiting for you to do something wrong so make sure to recycle and only bring so many friends to the pool and don't leave water out for any stray cats, and it seems like maintenance doesn't want to do anything. i was supposed to have a cable jack in my room, the master bedroom and the office said they would send someone over to install it but they kept blowing me off every time i asked about it cuz of the weather. it was either too hot or raining. i mean i have to do my job in the sweltering heat whats the big deal it only took at MOST 10 minutes to do. I mean though they are nice i don't think it should take a month and a half to install something that the apartment should have had in the first place. i didnt even bother complaining about the broken tiles by the back door which was letting ants into the house cuz I knew i'd never see that fixed. but besides that i would recommend it theres free parking and they always let you know way ahead of time if you need to move your car to a different lot which they make very clear as to the location it is right next to a seven eleven and dunkin donuts and a pizza place which can be really convenient and its one straight road to rt. 9 for any other shopping needs, its also fairly cheap for the amount of space you get and they show you the actual apartment you would be getting instead of a model apartment which is good.
