Great Area

My roommate and I moved to Sugarloaf Estates about a year ago.

We weren't sure at first if we had made a mistake by moving so far away from Amherst.

We soon fell in love with Sunderland and Sugarloaf Estates.

We have never had a problem with the rental agency and things tend to be pretty quiet because it is mostly families and gradstudents.

Access to Route 91 is very good.

It was horrible when we were living in Amherst.

The only problem is that if you need food or want to go out in Amherst, the drive is about 10 minutes or so.

But the rewards are great, plenty of hiking and free space.

We'll miss our place next year, but the only reason we are moving is because we are both leaving the area.
