Great but expensive

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2001
 
Spacious, bright two-bedroom apartment,
free garden slots, Basketball/volleyball,
swimming pool, free heat/hot water, nice landscaping, friendly managers,...
But, a little bit expensive unless you
share.
