Everything was typical for a large complex. Service calls were fast, rules were strict. Clean place and quiet area. Sunderland is quaint and attractive, if a bit boring. Be careful to ventilate basement apartments well or mold will develop. Sparking aluminum wiring in walls had to be fixed - management knows about it. You pay a premium as with most professionally run complexes.
