Years at this apartment: 1997 - 1999
We lived for 2 1/2 yr and I would say that the place have positive and negative aspects. We loved the views of Sugarloaf mountain in every season and the quietness of Sunderland. We left because the apt was too small, thin walls and the cooking style of our next door neighbors produced smells that were hard to tolerate!
Positives:
Nice, well mantained grounds and swimming pool; Bus stop; quiet place.
Negatives:
Thin walls, lundry facilities (in another section of our building, thus we had to walk outside in frigid cold weather).
Good option if you get the right unit with the right neighbors.
