Noise: Expect parties ANY or EVERY night of the year.

Don't count on sleep.

The noise clause in the lease is a joke; complain all you want to no avail.

And the maintenance crew operates 8AM to 5PM Mon-Fri so expect lawnmowers and leafblowers constantly.

I love watching the morons blow a single leaf from one parking lot to the next.

They must get paid by the hour.

Construction: VERY low quality materials used in these buildings.

Expect stuff to fall apart alot.

Maintenance is VERY quick to repair but they'll use the same low quality materials so it will break again shortly.

EVERY time our upstairs neighbors took a step the walls shook and the ceiling POPPED.

Parking: Usually BAD.

Lots of non-residents park there and ride the bus to town.

Garbage: The dumpsters SMELL 8 months out of the year.

No one is smart enough to close the doors to them.

There's NEVER enough space for recycling either!!

Neighbors: lots of college kids and very high turnover equals no respect for the working adults.

We might as well live in a dorm.

Management: Clueless and rude (if you live hear you know who I mean!).

They try to bully tenants but their lies didnt impress me.

Get EVERYTHING in writing and never expect a single phone call to handle any problems.

They like to say "too bad you signed a lease." Ha ha on them.

Bugs: Many units have them.

They are beetles from nearby farms.

They will fumigate if you ask.

But it's still nasty.

Washer/Dryers: Very convenient if you get a unit with these.

Worth the money IF THEY WORK.

Rent: $1005 for a 2-bedroom in "Western Mass"! And they raise the rent every year - its now $1050!.

Overall: Low quality place in the middle of nowhere.

NB: What they call "first floor" is actually in the basement.

That means no light, lots of bugs, flooding, etc.

Don't get a basement unit -- THEY FLOOD EVERY YEAR!

HAHAHAHA I live here now and everthing you say is true! its unreal! their snow removal is ridiculous, the management in the leasing office dont do anything about anything, my "high speed internet" is slower than dial up and loses its connection constantly, i am always woken up by lawn mowers and leaf blowers, AND ive had to call the cops several times for noise on my neighbors and spoken to the leasing office several times and as we speek I can hear music over my tv and bass shaking my unit. and i complained just hours ago and they said they would call him immediately. 24/7 i hear this music and bass and nothing is done about it. I NEED SLEEP!
