The walls are paper-thin; I could hear our neighbors burping, not to mention their steros and TV's. While Sugarloaf claims to have "luxury" units, this actually consists of tacky mirrors that look like they were installed in 1980 and rusty "hollywood" light fixtures in the restroom. Also, our electricity was uncertain, and there have been several fires... I don't know if these were related. In summary, if you don't want to live in the middle of nowhere listening to noisy undergrad students, and paying a fortune for it, don't move here.
