I have been living here for almost a year and a half now and I don't think I have ever seen the office staff in a bad mood! I received a message on my phone from them checking in to see if a service request was done to my standards and I was immediately in a better mood.
They are always happy and eager to help me with any requests I have.
The same goes for the maintenance team.
They are always very friendly.
It's nice to see people acutally enjoying thier jobs!

they have great attitudes because they are a bunch a the fakest people i have ever met. all they do is lie to you to get you off the phone/out of the office and never really do anything to change/fix what you were complaining about. they bully you into doing things you dont want to do..signing things you dont want to sign...if you want to live here..make sure you know your legal rights as a US and MA Citizen.

It must be one negative person who keeps bashing all the positive responses!! I think maybe you didnt pay your rent and you got evicted or maybe you never even lived in one of the apartments.
