I've lived at Sugarloaf in the past.
I moved out in 2003, lived in another apartment complex near bye, and when my lease was done with that other apartment complex, I went back to Sugarloaf.
The reason being is that one can see that the rent they pay to Sugarloaf is being spent on amenities to improve the property for there residents.
As for the staff at Sugarloaf, they are well above average, they call themselves a team and they actually are.

They call themselvers a team? That's all you can say about this place? Tell us HOW MUCH you paid. Tell us abouyt your appliances, your neighbors, problems. Why leave a nonsensical "review"?Because it's ANOHER review left by managment! Think guys! Who else would make such a weird vague statement?!
