I moved out of Sugarloaf Estates about 6 months ago due to some personal issues and I will never go back. Instead of kicking out a roommate who wasnt paying rent and partying, I had to leave to keep my job and I was held responsible because the roommate lost their job and I was making money so they went after me. The management people are scam artists and will screw anyone over. They make it look like a great place to move in, but once you move in- certain things that werent in your lease contract are appearing out of nowhere, your sinks, toilets, dishwashers, etc start to leak and maintance comes several times fixing the same problem. Maintance comes immediately but dont fix the problem on the first try. If you dont pay your rent within 2 or 3 days that it is due, they give you eviction notices. Sometimes they add things to your rent that arent suppose to be there. I am fully disgusted with this complex and will have nothing but bad reviews to how i was treated here and the lies and their deceiving ways. If you can find a better place, go there...if not, good luck living @ sugarloaf estates!
