I just recently moved out of Sugarloaf into my own condo. I miss my apartment so much! You don't realize how great it is to have maintenance and management available when a problem happens. I am just now understanding how lucky I was now that I have my own home.

I loved living at Sugarloaf. I recommend a top floor - you never hear anyone above you. I also recommend having the washer and dryer (especially if you are on the top floor). I only had to call for maintenance once and it was for my bathroom faucet that was leaking - maintenance fixed it right away. The bedrooms were good size and I had plenty of closet space. Parking was usually pretty good, it was always close to my apartment. The bus stops at Sugarloaf which was convenient if I didn't want to drive. I still have friends that live there and they always have good things to say about the complex.

I really don't have anything bad to say about Sugarloaf. It is a nice clean place and I would recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment in the Sunderland area.

Parking stinks. Top floor wont beat the noise from drunk neighbors peeing in the parking lot. And good luck getting a washer/dryer that works. Just ask the maintenance staff.

In my experience living here, management caused the problems I had, and I was happy to be rid of them. Nothing sucked more than waking up in the morning and finding a fresh coat of snow on the ground, and that yours (and many of your neighbor's) cars had been towed away. As for maintenance, they were never quite able to remove the waterfall that appeared in our bathroom when someone upstairs took a bath.
