People p*ss in the parking lot like every day.
People fight in the parking lots at all hours.
People dump garbage all over the place every day.
People party in the parking lot at all hours
People blast music at all hours every day/night.
But the worst part is the MANAGEMENT who are liars!!!
They smile alot and say sorry alot but that's it.
They claim they can't do anything about anyone.
Management has NO policy to deal with crime or noise or dumping.
They say that they send letters but thats it.
The lease says three minor complaints and you're out but that NEVER happens.
I had my neighbors arrested for assault and for dealing drugs but they still live there.
Management says it's a police matter but still I get to live next to them.
And when things break (windows, stove, doors, washer, dishwaher, toilet, shower, tiles, sink, heat, hot water, etc.) maintenance will comre by, look at it, and say sorry.
Maybe they'll tighten a screw or whatever but that's it.
I keep books in my windows to hold them open and I use a coat hanger to flush my toilet.
I use a milkcrate to keep my closet door on the track.
You get the idea.
Run away from this dump or you'll be sorry.
Look on craigslist .
org for an apartment in a duplex or something.
Don't live here or any complex, especially something managed by ASpen Square.
BTW: They lie when they say "free Internet and cable".
They charge $100! I got my money back by writing to the Attorney General in Boston! You should too!

its all true! the place is ridiculous! and the management are awful scummy people who do nothing but lie to you to get you out of their office

I disagree. This is the second Aspen Property I have lived in and I love it! I don't have any issues and the apartments are extremely clean and well taken care of. So far the only thing that has been wrong was when I moved in (I took over a friend's lease) was a piece of a cabinet was missing and they replaced it right away. Cable and Internet is included and I have never been charged an extra $100. Plus heat and hot water in included so with these crazy oil prices it is well worth it. The price for rent is defintely reasonable especially for this college area. Thank you Sugarloaf for providing a safe, clean environment.
