I recentlty moved here from Maine to attend school.
I am very pleased with the complex.
I had to write this in response to alot of the other reviews that I read.
I have had nothing but good experiences here.
The office staff is nice and helpful and when I have a problem it is usually resolved the same day.
The property is beautiful and the area we are in is fantastic.

Obviously another fake review by management here. Tell us EXACTLY what you liked. No examples? Didnt think so. How about exemplifying some of those problems you had that were resolved so quickly? Any examples? Didn't think so. How about the overflowing garbage like in the picture posted here? Any comment? Didn't think so!!

I have been a tenant at Sugarloaf for four years and highly recommend this complex. The staff is always very professional and helpful. Apartments are a decent size and the maintenance staff will make every effort to fix a problem. The grounds and rubbish areas are picked up a few times weekly. I have seen other apartment complexes in the UMASS area which are poorly maintained. As far as the garbage overflowing there is a lot of moving going on weekends and trash is picked up early on Monday morning. I am not affiliated with Sugarloaf in anyway. Maybe if you are so unhappy you should give Townhouse of Amherst a try and check out their living conditions? Keep up the good work Sugarloaf!!
