I have been a resident for quite a few years and highly recommend Sugarloaf.
Great office staff who are professional.
Apartments are adequate size and are clean.
The grounds are kept clean and there is a lot of open space for barbecues and get togethers.
Add in the free fitness center which saves on a $45 gym fee and free cable,internet heat and hot water this is a good choice.
Buses run often to UMASS and downtown Amherst which is a great gas saver.
Maintainence is pretty quick on repairs.
Well woth the $$ for what you get if you are looking to rent!
