What A DISASTER LIKE THE OTHER REVIEWS SAY. SELECTIVE ENFORCEMENT LAST YEAR THEY SAID NO BIKES IN THE HALLWAYS NOW THEY ARE CHAIN LOCKED ALL OVER THE PLACE. TO LIGHT POLES TREES . LAST WINTER DURING A SNOW STORM 3 TREES CAME DOWN,. THEY WERE NOT CLEANED UP FOR TWO MONTHS.

Not a bad place to live but out in the middle of nowhere. I was a UMass student and lived here for almost 5 years. From what I remember of the place, it was not too bad but nothing special. There was annual increases in rent (started at $775/month when I left, it was up to $895/month.)
