Great place to live - I've been living there in one of the larger one bedrooms for two years and I absolutely love the place. It is a little expensive compared to other places near UMass, but it's definitely worth every cent. Not a bad place to live but out in the middle of nowhere. I was a UMass student and lived here for almost 5 years. From what I remember of the place, it was not too bad but nothing special. There was annual increases in rent (started at $775/month when I left, it was up to $895/month.)

Sunderlands Ghetto Squire Village, my god , the place is the ghetto of Sunderland, just ask the police. Obvisously management writes all the good reviews. There are far better apartment complexes in Sunderland. So if you like ghetto living then move there, if you dont shop around.
