Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001
We moved in and they gave us a special rate because the apartments were brand new and they needed to fill them up fast. We asked if that rate would stay the same each year, and the leasing agent said 'yes'. Well it's one year later that leasing agent has since left the company, and they jacked our rent up from 1275 to 1645. We made the mistake of not getting it in writing.
The children in this neghborhoood and complex are extremely distructive and noisy. People are writing on the walls, dog owners are letting their dogs pee right on the walkway in the nice white snow. Their are cigarettes butts all over the front lawn from people throwing them over their balconies. The gym equipment is always breaking down and the office is understaffed.
I wouldn't live in this place again if you paid me.
