We moved here with a great attitude about the place. Great community, clubhouse privileges, good attitude by the staff, etc.

We lived there for a year, found that the office was rarely open when it was supposed to be, the staff was generally too busy to be bothered with us, and the white trash that fills the place up makes it very difficult for the rest of us to live there. For example, after receiving a complaint about tenants who illegally park in the lot, it was suggested that *I* put a ticket on the tenant's car!

The security door was constantly propped open, usually all night. The pool was rarely open (I never got the opportunity to swim in it!).

To be fair, the grounds were kept nice, and we lived in the front building. These are the less expensive apartments, which were particularly expensive for this part of town. The apartments in the back were certainly handled much better. My feelings are that the staff cares nothing about the "cheap" apartments in the front, which become more and more expensive each year.

At one point there was a loud party which brought the police at 1 AM. The "security doors" were propped open, as usual, and the were all kinds of trash hanging out in the front lobby.

Don't believe anything about a community, movie nights, activities, etc. Never happened in the year we were there. We got a much less expensive, much better apartment at the Meadows in Chelmsford. Anything's got to be better than Archstone.
