Do your home work before you move in..................

The management staff are consistently rude, busy and act as if they are doing you, the paying tenant, a favor when you ask them for the service you?re entitled to (e.g.). The rent is well above market rate - you could live in Brookline for what they charge. The apartments have issues, but their lease terms are inflexible and do not reflect the fact that they have seen a lot of turnover and a lot of vacancies in the past five months. We wanted to extend our lease indefinitely and offered several options that would benefit both us and the company, but we were summarily rejected. Our choices were to pay preium high rent, or sign another 12 month lease which requires one month?s rent if broken. Do your home work on any place you choose to live, but really do your home work on this place ask the people that live here what they think. Good Luck
