Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
Everytime I go into the office they never seem to know what they are doing. They never
return phone calls. I am moving out residents
are selling drugs in the halls and walking up and down the halls drunk knocking on peoples doors. It used to be nice know it's just going down hill.
