Management is really bad.

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002
Rent jump up from $1255 to $1600 after management told that they never increase price more than 5% per year. They told me and show rules that lease can be terminated with out any penalty any time (with two month notice) after first year. But now they (management) put together new rules so, I have to pay $1600 if I like to move out. Hot water tank is not big for 2 bathroom. We are running out of hot water every morning. I am wondering why we are paying for two bathrooms apartment if we can not use two showers at the same time.
I would not live in this place again.
