My husband and I moved here last month, and we are extremely happy with the complex. We live in a 2br den w 2 ba - but it's really a 3br, and it's the perfect size for us, our 3yo, and my stepdaughters from my husband's first marriage, who stay with us every other weekend.

In fact, if they stayed all the time, it would still be enough room. The rooms are very well soundproofed within the apartment - oddly, noise from above seems to be an issue, as our downstairs neighbors complained about our son jumping up and down when we were moving in. But that's it. Every once in a while, we hear our upstairs neighbor - but that's apartment living. The layout is excellent, the clubhouse facilities are excellent, the location is excellent, the management office have been excellent. And, to speak further to the quality of the bldgs, we rarely have our heat on - we turn it on for a while, and then turn it off when it's warm, and it stays warm - well insulated, will help heating costs.

We moved here to be closer to our girls in NH, and had a really difficult time finding a place that would accept a dog, that had as much room as we needed and was centrally located. We have found all of that here. Our former apt was a 3br, 1ba, 850sq ft 2nd floor of a house that cost $1250. I think this is a great value. Please don't listen to these disgruntled people, who complain about the "projects" that the place has become - applicants are credit and background checked - I work in HR and know what that entails. This is a truly lovely place to live.
