I can't understand some of these comments others have written. They obviously haven't paid their rent and are venting now that they're being evicted. The facilities are bar-none here. This is the only place around with a year round indoor pool. There is tennis, a playground, a gym, a gorgeous clubhouse that is free to use for parties. The manager is completely reasonable and understanding (I accidentally bounced a check and it was no big deal). The location is close to everything...93, 95, rt 3, New Hampshire. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place.

The play ground is in the back of the buildings were it is not safe for children to play, the lighting for the parking areas are very poor. Sure you think its a great place to live but for the amount that your paying in rent, and the problems that go on here, this is not bar-none.
