I have read all of the reviews listed on this site for Providence At Tewksbury, and I'm appalled and baffled by all the negative criticism. I recently moved into this apartment community from out-of-state and found the staff to be wonderful. They answered all of my initial questions honestly when I was touring the property. They made sure I was comfortable with my decision after I filled out the application and applied for the apartment. And they have met and exceeded all my expectations now that I have officially moved in. I think the grounds are well maintained, and the maintenance staff are exceptional - they have worked around my busy schedule to accomodate my service needs. I honestly can say that I love living here.
