I've been there for a year now and am about to renew my lease. I've had no problems with management or any other staff member. Maintence has always been prompt and able to resolve. It is a pain that there isn't more than one trash location, but how many do we really want' Anyone with enough common sense will understand that the more trash locations you have, the more critters will multiply and odors will occur. I don't know about you, but I certainly don't want to smell trash when I open my windows or sit on my deck. How hard is it to toss the trash in your trunk on your way out anyway ... or even to take a little walk a couple times a week. It's really not a big deal. I think people are lazy and expect to be catered to a bit too much these days. As far as the pool goes ... my kids love it and it is ALWAYS open during the hours posted. As for noise ... I am across from the elevator and never hear anything. My unit has an atrium ceiling, which I love ... it really makes the place feel brighter and more open. My utility bills are very low and I'm doing a couple of loads of laundry almost every day ... even with the central air on, my electric is low. I've showed my utility bills to others who rent elsewhere and they were very surprised given the open space, multiple tv's and constant laundry use. I have a view of the larger court yard and love it. I have a georgeous view of the sunset and sit on my deck every night to watch it. Given all said, I have no complaints ... management is working daily for constant improvements as well as activities to bring everyone together as a community ... movie night in the home theater, yard sales, etc.
