I wrote a review about 1 year ago and it was a positive review. Since then the place has gone downhill and fast. The office staff is rude and unfriendly once you sign the lease and the maintenance staff is awful now. They have alot of turnover with the maintenance staff and it gets worse every time a new person comes on. The grounds are not taken care of like it was 1 year ago. It takes over a week for them to change light bulbs outside the bldg after reported to them and they didn't use the sprinklers all summer so the grass looked awful. The gym onsite is not cleaned or stocked with the towels and cleaners for equipment. I find the office staff unprofessional and rude. We will be moving out of here as soon as our lease is up. I'd rather pay a little more rent and have a clean and upkept bldg and polite, friendly and professional staff....beware of the fake office staff....lead you in to sign a lease then they are rude and snooty.
