To anyone who is looking to rent with Whitecliff, there is no discrimination with anyone!!! Most of the tenants are foreign(includes color). You can't expect to be treated nice when you don't act towards others the same way. It is quiet to live here, but the maintenance is horrible! They don't fix, they just cover up the problem, Our stairs havent been cleaned in more than 2 months, just recently the buildings stared to have a lot of soliciting which started to make the place look trashy and cheap. Overall not bad but would not recomend. As each tenant leaves they do not fix the place up they just cover up, the doors are old, full of holes and with paint on them from the walls, the door knobs dont even work right and you can't even close the door with a lock for security or privacy, the bathroom... don't get me started, and the kitchen... when I moved in the cabnits were all sticky and very dirty. I don't think the apartments have ever been remodeled whick only makes the apartments look even older, paint chipping off everywhere. The rent here might be somewhat cheaper but just remember cheap isn't always better or cheaper.
