I have rented several apartments, owned 1 condo and 3 houses over the years and have decided to go back to apartment living. Rogers Common 25% Recommended Oct 29 2007: This complex changed hands in September and I Currently own the complex. It is a great place to live, safe, clean and modern. Whoever wrote those last reviews were probally prospective tenants that were turned down for tenancy. Don't take Providence at Tewksbury (formerly Archstone Tewksbury) 41% Recommended Jul 19 2006: The mold was so bad in my apartment I had to move. The mold was everywhere. It made me sick. It was Totally Disgusting. They kept trying to fix the water leaks and couldn't figure it out. Don't move there Providence at Tewksbury (formerly Archstone Tewksbury) 41% Recommended Jul 13 2006: the staff were ok when i moved in this apartment.i think there are 3 staff right now and 2 are ok but 1 is useless because of her poor customer service skill i decided to move out soon. the rent |
