Trashy and Ignored by Landlord- ownership changes hands often

These appartments are good if you don't care about living in the only "hood" in the small town of Three Rivers. The tenants are the bottom of the barrel and the landlord (no matter who it may be...it changes often) ignores the property and the tenants.
The only good thing is that it is relatively cheap for the space you rent. Laundry in coin, driveway is plowed, lawn is mowed, and the pool is deserted (picture Chevy Chase's Vacation movie!).
