	These apartments are as sketchy as the landlord. To summarize, don´t move here unless you want continuous problems unanswered by the "management." Many, many, many tennants accuse landlord of fraud.

	These appartments are good if you don´t care about living in the only "hood" in the small town of Three Rivers. The tenants are the bottom of the barrel and the landlord (no matter who it may be...it changes often) ... more
