very nice From: www.jacq21ueline@yahoo.com Date posted: 9/3/2003 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003   I live here now, and these apartments are very nice. All brand new inside, very spacious. There are 2 bedrooms, a den, a living room, 2 bathrooms, and a nice big kitchen. I really like it here, maintenence is fairly slow. It is rent controlled, sothere are guidelines u must fit into. Someone in the house has to work full time, and u have to make a cretain amout of money, but less that a certain amount of money. But anyways, i love it here.
