THIS IS HELL I hate it here. My neighbor (above) is so obnoxiously loud stomping around all day and night. No common courtesy. The walls are so thin I can hear the guy next door snoring at night. The halls look outdated and dirty. These places are crap. I can't wait to get out of here. RUN from

Stop towing tenants cars for no reason Guys, please dont stay here. These heartless people dont care if you are in trouble. Their way of notifying tenants about change in parking policy during snow is simply amazing, as you wont know the new rules. There were many tenants whos car got towed

Definitely Not I had the worst experience at this properties.
The laundry facility is very poor. There are not enough laundry machines for the residents. The Parking lot is awfully small, the scenario is worst on Fridays when it is very difficult to find parking even for residing

Quiet, cozy and convienent to everything The staff were all great about everything. Any maintenance problems (not many of them) were taken care of quickly. Apartments are almost warm enough in winter to not need heat. Didn´t use pool but it looked well kept. Even with kids and small pets.

Not the best choice... My husband and I lived here for one year. River Crossing has a few good points -- it has a nice, usually quiet open setting, the neighbors are generally friendly, and they allow dogs. On the other hand, the maintenance guy leaves much to be expected
