Definitely Not I had the worst experience at this properties.
The laundry facility is very poor. There are not enough laundry machines for the residents. The Parking lot is awfully small, the scenario is worst on Fridays when it is very difficult to find parking even for residing

Quiet, cozy and convienent to everything The staff were all great about everything. Any maintenance problems (not many of them) were taken care of quickly. Apartments are almost warm enough in winter to not need heat. Didn´t use pool but it looked well kept. Even with kids and small pets.

Not the best choice... My husband and I lived here for one year. River Crossing has a few good points -- it has a nice, usually quiet open setting, the neighbors are generally friendly, and they allow dogs. On the other hand, the maintenance guy leaves much to be expected

Quiet and Comfortable My wife and I have lived at River Crossing for almost two years, and even with a management change these are among the best apartments in the Nashua area. We're only moving out because our jobs are now both in income tax-free NH. This is a quiet and well-maintained

On several occassion they have towed tenants cars (which I don't believe they can do that).
I have spoke with several other tenants and they are not renewing thier lease once it's up,
