Very bad management

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
Very unprofessinal managment. It takes at least 3 months for them to fix anything that's broken.

Very rigid and weird rules.

Slow in snow cleaning during winter.

One parking spot even for a 2-br apartment

I had to move out early because of all that.
