We just moved here less than a year ago and already want to move out.

For short: Somewhat like living in a military base.

random inspections without even a 24 hr. notice even if you aren't there they feel the right to enter your apartment. No explanation besides "physical inspections" are given and if they really want to know they can do that if there is a complaint if you are home or when someone moves in and out. For the rent we are paying we would like to be given more privacy. The inspections are truly an invasion of privacy.

The security officers choose who to open the doors for. Even if they have seen your face a hundred times before and even if you just went out for 5 mins and come back with arms full they just stare at you as if they are on some ego trip. With the exception of a few.

The internet is down constantly. We have complained a bunch of times, but all they ended up giving us was next month free and during that time the internet still wasn't working. Complaining didn't get us anywhere. In fact as I am writing this I don't know if it is going to disconnect me or not. By the way their hrs. are only M.W.F 9-1p.m. So, it is hard to get them on the phone. Don't even think you can get another internet provider either because this is the only one allowed. You are only allowed Direct T.V. For some this might not bother them, but during storms it often goes out.

Maintenance is a joke. When we moved in here we did a walk through w/ the manager and found many things wrong with the place that still haven't been fixed. They do however, vacum the entrance daily. A lot of good that does me when my oven doesn't work and my refrigerator is broken.

Management is a joke. She is rarely ever here because she seems to be on vacation alot. If you have a true complaint you will not be able to get anyone on the phone that can take care of your problems. Don't think about putting anything into the storage area they have. The manager is never here and she is the only one with a key.

We should probably tell you about all the geese. They are not cute. They decide to crap all over the parking lot. So walking from your car to the door is an obstacle course. Good luck at night, too. the lighting is horrible. I can't count how many times I found a special treat under my shoe. Also they decide to stand in the middle of the road when you are trying to drive by. Honking your horn, flashing your lights does nothing to get them out of your way.

Parking is peculiar. There is only one spot for a two bedroom, however, that doesn't matter when your parking spot is further away from the actual visitors lot. Also, the parking lot floods whenever it rains. When it rains hard you can't even get to your car.

Unless you want to waste your money I wouldn't recommend living here.
