Run do not walk from this building! Management does not care in the least about this place. The larger of the 2 elevators has been out of service since October 08. The pool is a cold swamp that never is cleaned. Management claims the pool is inspected everyday but it is not because Maintenance does not exist here. The maintenance guy is NEVER here. If something needs to be fixed in your apartment you better do it yourself otherwise it will never be done. The washers and Dryers that are conveniently placed on every floor do not work on most floors and the ones that do work either do not work properly or are poorly maintained. Also tenants do not clean up after themselves in the laundry rooms leaving clothes in machines for hours on end and spilling detergent all over the place. The apartments are big and so far quiet but that is the only selling point of this palce.DO NOT RENT HERE!!!
