Poor Management

A very nice building with thoughtful conveniences is being mismanaged by the mgmt company. You have to call multiple times and the repairs are still not made. They don't follow up and let you know what's going on. They can't handle a snowstorm. They don't even have an after weekend and after hour emergency number. They are polite and act helpful but don't fix the problem. It seems they are over their heads in the building mgmt area.
