I have lived in the building for years. It has steadily declined.
The apartments are cheaply built. There is almost always something breaking or not working right (this is the way it was b/f I even had one child too).
The walls are really thin. For some reason managment has let the place go. There is always trash laying around and ppl. actually throw stuff off thier balconies. I hate to say this too but...the people that have started moving in are a bit on the trashy side too.
