Recommended - I have lived at Colonial Point for almost a year now. I have to say, it is one of the better buildings I have lived in. Yeah - Ive lived here my whole life and it has gone WAY down hill since i was little. The manager down stairs only cares about raising the rent when the building itself was built for people who couldnt afford the 2000 buildings and needs a place to live. Excellent Accommodation Location is easily accessible from route 1, 95, and 128. Quite, great construction, noise is virtually non-existant and management is involved and professional. Office located in the lobby and requests (repairs and others) are answered in a timely manner.

Never ever stay here 1. The worst management and the property manager that I have ever seen.
2. Snow removal is very bad. The parking lot snow is not cleaned properly. The cars cannot come out after the snow.
3. If your apartment needs any maintenance, it will be never done for atleast couple

Think twice before you move in this apatement The shower in the master bedroom was broke. I have reported it to the manager three times during the past two weeks. They still didn't get it fixed. I have to show in my roommate's bathroom every day. The elevators were worn up. I am scary

I would not recommend I have lived in the building for years. It has steadily declined.
The apartments are cheaply built. There is almost always something breaking or not working right (this is the way it was b/f I even had one child too).

Clean, quiet, good views, mediocre management Standard white wall, carpeted apts but with big windows in all main rooms overlooking half office-park, half marshlands from high views. Lots of wildlife -- turtles, foxes, geese, rabbits. Clean. Quiet. Many older residents. Slow elevators.
