Horrible staff! Stay away! Apartments are roach infested and the leasing staff are incredibly rude and unhelpful. I just moved out 2 months ago and they tried to steal my deposit. I now rent from another complex in town. Stay away!!!

Have your windows leaked yet? Please let me know... I saw The Preserve while it was under construction and noted that on several buildings windows were incorrectly flashed. I ultimately did not rent there, but I imagine there are probably a lot of mold and window leak problems already --
