Overpriced, roof leak problems

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003
 
Lease is raised overwhelmingly high after the first period.
We had a leak for months, and they weren't able to fix it. Then they just painted it over. This roof WILL leak again!
It's a pretty place with ugly surprises.
