Overpriced, roof leak problems From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/16/2003 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003   Lease is raised overwhelmingly high after the first period. We had a leak for months, and they weren't able to fix it. Then they just painted it over. This roof WILL leak again! It's a pretty place with ugly surprises.
