I wish the other reviews listed had been available when I was looking for apartments. Archstone Bear Hill is poorly constructed and overpriced. The garage door openers are ridiculously loud and unfortunately happen to be located beneath master bedrooms. Walls are so thin that conversations, music, etc can easily be overheard next door. I've lived in much nicer places even in the heart of Boston for a comparable price. I have no personal experience regarding rent increases because I happily left when my lease was up.

Resident opinions are necessary in order to increase the level of satisfaction and quality, so we sincerely appreciate any and all feedback. As with the previous response, we have added insulation this year to all walls in and around the garages to decrease the amount of discomfort that some residents have mentioned to us. We feel that this has greatly improved the sound quality of all apartments here. Thank you for your feedback!
